What we collect, and what we don't

This site does not sell anything online. There is no shopping cart, no checkout and no payment page, so we never collect card numbers, billing addresses or bank details through this website. What we collect is what you type into a quote request — and we collect it so a person can call you back with a number.

The short version

Information you give us

Every piece of personal information we hold about you comes from a form you chose to fill in. We do not buy contact lists and we do not scrape them.

When you submit a quote request or enquiry, the form collects:

• Your name — so we know who we're speaking to.
• Your practice or company — so we can quote the right configuration.
• Your email address — where we send documentation and pricing.
• Your phone number — so we can call you back, and text you only if you ask us to.
• What you're enquiring about — which platform or compound, your practice type, buying timeline, whether you're asking about financing, or your distribution territory, depending on which enquiry you selected.
• Your message — whatever you choose to write.

That's the complete list. If a field isn't on the form, we don't have it.

Just as important

Information we never collect here

• Payment details. No card numbers, no bank details, no billing addresses. There is no checkout on this site. When an order is eventually placed, invoicing and payment happen separately and directly, not through this website.
• Patient information. We sell to practices, not to their patients. Please do not send us identifiable patient records, images or clinical notes — we have no use for them and no system built to hold them. If you send them anyway, we will delete them.
• Health information about you. Nothing on this site asks about your own medical history, and you should not provide it.
• Anything from children. This is a business-to-business site intended for licensed professionals and qualified practices. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Purpose

Why we hold it

We use what you give us for these things and nothing else:

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote.
• To send you the specification sheet, regulatory documentation and pricing you asked for.
• To follow up about that enquiry — by email or phone, and by text only where you have given consent.
• To keep a record of what we quoted and what we told you, which matters in a regulated category.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to a data broker. We do not use it to advertise unrelated products to you elsewhere on the internet.

Text messages

We only text you if you tick the box

The enquiry form has a separate, optional checkbox for text messages. It is never pre-ticked, and submitting the form without ticking it means we will not text you. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of getting a quote — you can leave it unticked and still receive full pricing and documentation.

If you do opt in, messages relate only to your enquiry: quote follow-ups, documentation and scheduling. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to end them and HELP for assistance. Opting out of texts does not affect your quote or anything else.

Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

Sharing

Who else sees it

A small number of service providers process this information on our behalf so the business can function. They are permitted to use it only to provide their service to us:

• Our customer relationship system — where enquiries land so nothing gets lost, and from which our email and text replies are sent.
• Our website host — which serves these pages and keeps standard server logs.
• Our email provider — which delivers the messages we send you.

Beyond that, we share information only where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to fulfil an order you have actually placed — for example giving a freight forwarder the delivery address for equipment you have bought.

We use a manufacturing partner to build the equipment we supply. Your enquiry details are not routed to them as a matter of course.

Cookies

Cookies and tracking

This site is built as plain static pages. It does not set advertising cookies and does not run cross-site behavioural tracking. Our host keeps standard server logs — the kind every web server keeps, including IP address, browser type and which page was requested — which are used for security and to keep the site running.

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when a page loads. Your browser's own settings control how it handles cookies generally, and blocking them will not stop this site from working.

Your control

How long we keep it, and how to get it removed

We keep enquiry records for as long as we have an active or reasonably foreseeable business relationship with you, and afterwards for as long as we need them for tax, warranty and regulatory record-keeping. Then we delete them.

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what we hold about you.
• Correct anything that's wrong.
• Delete it, where we are not required to keep it.
• Stop contacting you — by any channel, or all of them.

Ask through our contact page and we will action it. We will not make you jump through hoops, and we will not treat you differently for asking. Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights; we apply the above to everyone regardless.

Security, changes and how to reach us

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, and we deliberately reduce risk by not collecting sensitive categories of data in the first place. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise.

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means the updated policy applies.
