These terms cover your use of this website and any quote you request through it. They are written to be read, not to be survived. Where something is genuinely a limit on what we will do, we say so plainly rather than burying it.

Start here
Nothing on this site can be bought by clicking. There is no cart, no checkout and no payment page. Prices are not published because equipment pricing depends on configuration, freight, duties and installation, and a headline number that ignores those is not a real number.
Everything here is an invitation to enquire, not an offer to sell. Submitting the form does not create a contract and does not reserve stock. A sale exists only when we have issued a written quote, you have accepted it, and we have confirmed acceptance.
Specifications, images and availability are provided in good faith and may change as manufacturers revise their platforms. The written quote governs — not this website.
Eligibility
This is a business-to-business supplier. To use this site and request a quote you must be at least 18 and acting on behalf of a business, practice or research organisation.
Medical devices are supplied to licensed professionals and qualified practices. We may ask you to evidence licensure, credentials or business standing before quoting or shipping, and we may decline to supply where we are not satisfied — including where a platform is not appropriate for your scope of practice or is not lawful to operate in your jurisdiction. We would rather lose a sale than place a device somewhere it shouldn't go.
Research peptides are supplied to research and laboratory purchasers only. See the dedicated section below, which is the most important part of this page if that is why you are here.
Research line
Every compound listed on this site, and the bacteriostatic water supplied alongside them, is offered strictly for laboratory and research use. This is not a formality and it is not a disclaimer we expect you to scroll past.
By ordering from this line you confirm that you are a qualified purchaser acquiring these materials for legitimate research, that you are competent to handle them safely, and that you accept full responsibility for lawful storage, handling and disposal under the rules that apply where you are.
We will refuse or cancel any order where we believe the materials are intended for human use. If you are looking for something to take, this is not that, and we would rather tell you now than take your money.
Availability of this line may vary. We reserve the right to decline, limit or discontinue supply of any compound at any time, including where payment processing, carrier rules or regulatory guidance make it impractical to continue.
Devices
Regulatory clearance is granted per device model, for defined indications — never to a company as a whole. We do not display a site-wide regulatory badge, because there is no such thing. Each device page states that platform's own status, and we confirm it in writing before you commit. Our compliance page explains this in full.
What we are responsible for: supplying the platform we quoted, in the configuration we quoted, with the regulatory and specification documentation we said we would provide, and telling you the truth about its status.
What you are responsible for: determining that a platform is lawful for you to operate, that the treatments you intend to offer fall inside both its cleared indications and your own scope of practice, that your staff are trained and supervised as your state requires, and that you carry appropriate insurance.
We supply equipment and documentation. We do not practise medicine, and nothing we provide — on this site, in a quote, or in conversation — is clinical, legal or regulatory advice. If you are unsure whether a platform supports the service you want to offer, ask us before you buy and we will tell you plainly; but the decision, and the responsibility for it, remain yours.
Commercial
Where a quote and this page disagree, the quote wins — it is the specific agreement and this is the general framework.
The website itself
The text, layout, photography and design of this site belong to us or are used with permission. You are welcome to read it, print it and share it. You may not scrape it, republish it as your own, or use it to build a competing catalogue.
Don't attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, and don't submit anything through the form that is unlawful, misleading, or that contains identifiable patient information. Any links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we don't control them and aren't responsible for what's on them.
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of this site at any time. We aim to keep it accurate but do not warrant that it is error-free or continuously available.
Limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of the sale of any product is limited to the amount you actually paid for that product, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit, lost bookings or business interruption. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Because this is a business-to-business supply, statutory consumer protections that apply to individuals buying for personal use generally do not apply. Any rights you do have as a matter of law are unaffected by this page.
To be confirmed before launch: the governing law and venue for these terms, and the registered business address and entity name to be published here, are pending confirmation by USBioLongevity. Highlight this paragraph and comment if you'd like to supply them now.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. If we don't enforce something immediately, that isn't a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
We may update these terms; the version published here at the time of your enquiry is the one that applies to it. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
