How buying works
Anyone can ship a machine
The difference shows up in week two, when you need a part, a protocol, or a person who answers. This page sets out what is inside a USBioLongevity purchase against what a shipment-only overseas order is — line by line, including the cases where a direct order is genuinely the better call. There is no price comparison here because we publish no price list.
Every figure below is taken from the pages linked on this site as they are published today. Where a specification does not state a value, the cell says so rather than guessing. Nothing here is clinical, legal or regulatory advice, and platform suitability for a given patient or practice is a decision for the treating practitioner.
Side by side
10 dimensions. No column is marked as the winner, because on a spec sheet there isn't one.
| Dimension | Buying through USBioLongevity | A shipment-only overseas order |
|---|---|---|
| Installation | Uncrated, set up and tested on site, scheduled around your treatment calendar | Not included — the machine is delivered, and installation is yours to arrange |
| Operator training | Treatment protocols and settings walked through with the people actually operating it | Not included — training is whatever the seller separately agrees to |
| Warranty claims | Claims and service coordinated by us — no international shipping disputes, no time-zone gap | Pursued by you, directly with the factory, across a border |
| Parts and consumables | Tips, handpieces and spares sourced without a customs process every time | Each order is its own import |
| Freight, duties and customs | Included in the quoted landed cost — the number you see is the number you pay | Added after the headline price, and payable by the importer of record |
| Regulatory documentation | Clearance or certification status for that specific model, in writing, before purchase | Whatever the seller provides, in whatever form |
| Specification | Full technical specification for the exact configuration being quoted | Whatever appears in the listing |
| Warranty and support terms | Coverage period, what is included, parts and consumable availability — in writing | Whatever the seller separately agrees to |
| Payment terms | Deposits and any financing arrangements set out in the quote itself | Set by the seller |
| Market registration | Confirmed for your market before supply — CE/MDR, TGA, Health Canada MDL or a per-model FDA 510(k) | Your responsibility to verify before importing |
The right-hand column describes a shipment-only purchase, which is the baseline a direct order starts from. Individual overseas suppliers may agree to more than this. Get whatever they agree to in writing before you pay a deposit — that is the same advice we would give about us.

Questions
Answered the way we would answer them on the phone.
Compare totals, not headline prices. Every USBioLongevity quote states equipment, freight, duties and installation as a single landed cost, so customs clearance is inside the number rather than arriving afterwards. A direct order's headline price excludes those, along with installation, training and any warranty shipping. We publish no price list, so the only honest comparison is our quote against your full delivered cost.
Four documents accompany every quote: the full technical specification for the exact configuration, regulatory documentation showing clearance or certification status for that specific model, the total landed cost covering equipment, freight, duties and installation, and the warranty and support terms including coverage period and parts availability. A shipment-only overseas order guarantees none of the four unless you negotiate them.
We do. Claims and service are coordinated by USBioLongevity rather than by you against an overseas factory, which takes international shipping disputes and the time-zone gap out of the process. Tips, handpieces and spares are sourced without a customs process every time. If you already have in-house biomedical service capability, that advantage is worth less to you.
Not always, and we will say so. Which platforms can be supplied into a given market depends on that market's registration requirements and varies by device — CE marking under MDR for Europe, TGA registration for Australia, a Health Canada MDL for Canada, and a per-model FDA 510(k) for the United States. Some platforms are CE marked and deliberately not offered for US sale.
